From our Infant Room to our School Age program, our staff is the best. Many of our staff have a minimum of 5 years experience in Early Childhood, and some as many as 20-30 years experience caring for children.

TEAM LEADERS
Our team leaders provide guidance and instruction to a working group about a project or portfolio of projects. They are in charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed.

MEET OUR ASSISTANT & EDUCATIONAL BREAKERS
An assistant to a teacher has two main jobs: supporting the teacher in charge and supporting students in the classroom. As the job title implies, teacher assistants assist the lead teacher to ease their workload and help out with everyday classroom tasks.

SCHOOL AGE TEAM
Our School-age teachers prepare and implement age-appropriate classroom lessons in core subjects, and work to develop life skills and a love of learning in all their students. They always work together for the well-being of our East Gate Kids.
